The services and products you purchase through Openix are subject to the following return conditions.
In order for the downloadable software products to be refunded, the files must not be downloaded. In software products containing multiple software (example: Premium Extension Package) and sold as a single package, when one file is downloaded in the package, it all files is counted as downloaded. Softwares, even if it has not been downloaded after 14 days, they will not be refunded.
Refunds cannot be made for domain names whose registration, renewal or transfer processes have been completed.
You can request a refund within 14 days for all hosting packages(except 1 month packages). You may want to your refund as store credit or as a money refund. Please note that a money refunds can't be requested for refund made as store credit. Return requests after 14 days are not accepted.
In order for a refund to be made, the product you purchased must not be in use and/or should not be installed and/or canceled. [Store_name] reserves the right to refuse to cancel and/or refund any order that is still in use, not un-installed, and/or not revoked.
The 14 Day Money Back Guarantee may not apply to the purchase of additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names) due to certain CA limitations, please contact us to discuss your options.
Your return requests may take 48 - 72 hours. Please also note that full refund requests may take longer due to the country and the bank you are in.
Note: Services purchased with special price, discount coupon etc. are not refundable.
Users accept, declare and undertake the Turkish version will be valid in cases where this contract may be incorrectly translated.
